The bike itself is fine, no real complaints there. But dealing with customer service was frustrating. It take days to get a reply, and when they finally did answer, it felt like they didn’t really read what I was asking. I had to follow up more than once just to get anywhere. For what this costs, I was expecting way better help...

I’m not happy with the build quality. For the price, I expected something a lot sturdier, but it feels flimsy in hand. What makes it more annoying is that when you try to get it addressed, there always seems to be some little policy loophole or fine print reason why it doesn’t quite qualify. Just feels like I paid too much for something that doesn’t hold up.

The bike definitely looks cool, and I wanted to like it more, but the handling felt twitchy to me. It’s not terrible—well, maybe not terrible, but definitely not as stable as I hoped, especially on rougher roads or when picking up speed around town. I just felt a little nervous riding it.

The bike itself is really nice, and I’m happy with it overall. But dealing with the warranty support was frustrating. It took way more emails than I expected just to get a clear answer, and I felt like I had to keep following up to get anywhere. They did eventually respond and help, but the whole process felt slower and more annoying than it needed to be. That part was weird.

"Felt underpowered from the start"
I had a feeling early on that the motor wasn’t quite up to what I needed, and after a few rides, my gut was right. The power just felt weak, especially when I expected a little more push. it was disappointing.

"Range fell short on my first longer ride"
I got the bike last week it looks really cool in person. But when I took it out over the weekend for what was supposed to be a longer ride, the battery started dropping way faster than I expected. About halfway into my usual route, I realized I wasn’t going to make it and had to turn back early. Disappointing because I was excited to use it for longer trips.

"Repairs were way more frustrating than they should’ve been"
I really liked my Vintage Electric bike at first, so I was disappointed when the maintenance side turned into such a hassle. Every little issue felt like it became a whole drawn-out process, and getting a straight answer about repairs was way harder than it should’ve been.
After spending that much on a bike, I expected the support to be a lot smoother. Waiting around, chasing info, and not knowing what was going on had me thinking, how is this okay?

"Brakes felt weaker than I’m used to"
The brakes just didn’t feel very solid to me, almost like they weren’t grabbing the way they should. I’ve driven plenty of cars before, including older ones, and these felt weaker than what I’d consider safe or normal.

"I wanted to like it more because..."
I wanted to like it more because it does feel decent in some spots, but overall the ride was rough. It somehow felt slow even when I was putting in effort, and hills were really tiring. It’s not terrible, but it definitely wasn’t as comfortable or easy to ride as I expected.
